Every year since 1946, France has been the host for one of the world's most prestigious film festivals.  Held annually, usually in May (this year May 11th - 22nd), in the resort town of Cannes, in the South of France.  Like any other awards show that has to do with movies, the Cannes Festival is all about the red carpet fashions.  It's just getting started, but here are some highlights of what
