NWFP: Administrators replace Nazims from Jan 1

PESHAWAR: The NWFP government has decided to replace Nazims by administrators from January 1 who will assume the offices at the beginning of New Year. Senior Minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour said administrators will be DCOs and TMOs. He said local bodies elections will be held within six months after appointment of administrators. The elections will be held on party basis. According to senior minister, local government ordinance will be presented in NWFP assembly for amendment.
